Below is a partial list of clients we have developed custom software for, since we first started Collective Insight in 1997. We continue to improve and update our software, as our clients’ businesses and needs change.

Red Bull

We developed software to manage Red Bull’s nation-wide Mobile Energy Teams’ sampling data. Daily sampling reports are entered by each team and can be viewed, updated, and printed by managers. Team schedules can be viewed online. Monthly, Trimester, and YTD reports summarize all sampling data by market.

Nintendo

We developed the following four business software applications:

We redeveloped the vendor-managed inventory system that is core to their Canada-wide distribution of hardware and software. This application generates orders specifically for auto-replenishment and manages Account, Store, and Product details.

This offline application provides their Canada-wide merchandising force with current inventory and shipment data for reference, while on the road. Merchandisers use Pen Tablet PCs and hand-held scanners.

This application automates shipment tracking that was previously recorded on spreadsheets. We developed this application in partnership with Couriers and it draws data directly from their online systems.

This decision approval system eliminates all paper forms and tracks all approval processes. Forms are filled out and submitted online. An approval hierarchy is determined and followed. This application is integrated with their corporate email, and documents can be attached and archived with each form.

Ever-Cold Storage

We developed software to manage daily shipping and receiving of all products. We added an invoicing module to handle all shipping and receiving invoices. An extensive reporting module allows users to track lot inventories and view all relevant principle details.

Community Therapists

We developed software to manage all clients, therapists, and professionals. Programs for each client are managed along with details, such as program type and component, measures details, program utilization, and outcome details. An accounting module allows budgets and invoices to be managed and data to be imported from Timeslips. An extensive reporting module allows users to view all client and program details.

Portfolio Event Management

We developed multiple software templates to be used for many different conferences and ticketed events. Each event tracks and manages participants, registration, and payment details. An extensive reporting module allows viewing of all data in detail or summary.

Vancouver Heritage Foundation

We developed software to manage subscribers, categories, and donation details. A mailing list module allows all data to be filtered and exported. An extensive reporting module allows viewing of all data in detail or summary.
